The place was impeccably clean and we loved twin room. The staff were all amiable and helpful. The food was fabulous - plenty of options. It was in a marvellous and absolutely perfect location in old district. Plus, it was so close to a local open restaurant across the road 100m to the right, Airport, and the Lotus shopping centre.

The staff at the hotel reception was fluent in both English and Thai, which made communication a breeze. On top of that, the hotel's on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes from different cuisines, ranging from Korean to European. The buffet breakfast had an impressive spread, offering both American and Asian options. However, what really stood out to me was the breathtaking city view from the balcony in every room. It felt like having my own private little paradise amidst the bustling city.
Minor issue: Limited parking spaces.

Great value for money, with clean and spacious rooms. The location was convenient, with a local open restaurant nearby for delicious meals. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting us with printing and scanning documents. Additionally, they arranged transportation for us to the ferry pier at a reasonable price.
Breakfast selection could be improved with more variety for guests to choose from.
